This year the theme was transport through the ages.
Hilgay Silver
Band
Throughout the afternoon a wide range of activities will be taking place
on the Howdale on the occasion of the 29th Downham Market Festival Parade,
these will include stalls and sideshow many of which are arranged by
local organisations and charitable groups. Representatives of Downham
Market and District Chamber of Trade will be selling tea, coffee and
soft drinks. Probably the biggest FREE carnival in East Anglia.
