| Having mastered the smaller furniture
I moved onto the big stuff, English Dressers, Wardrobes, TV/Video Cabinets
etc. The Wardrobe was made in a flat pack design to fit into a friends
house, though no compromise on the quality of the wood, merely the logistics
of getting it up the winding stairs. We had fun assembling it as I was
given the wrong height measurements, (now I go and measure things myself)
with only 3mm to manoevure in it was very tight. I had to adapt the assembly,
originally it was done overhead, but with only 3mm of clearance this was
impossible to achieve, however after a bit of re-jigging, and on-site
alterations we got it up. The fixings are hidden behind the architrave
at the top and bottom. Please note that none of these items are for sale. |
